At Sway, we follow a strict no-refund and no-return policy. Customers are kindly requested to review all product details, descriptions, and size guides carefully before placing an order.

Sale & Clearance Items

All sale and clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or different from what was shown, Sway will take responsibility and offer an exchange.

In such cases, the customer will be required to send the item back to us to the designated Sway return address (provided by our support team).

Incomplete Address Policy

To ensure smooth delivery, customers must provide a complete and accurate address, including:

  • House number
  • Street or block number
  • Area or locality
  • Nearest known landmark

Orders placed with incomplete, unclear, or incorrect addresses may be cancelled automatically.
