At Sway, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, size guides, and details carefully before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

An item is eligible for exchange only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is not as shown in the pictures or differs from the product description.
  • The item was purchased directly through our official website: www.swaydotco.com
  • The exchange request is initiated within 2 days of delivery.

Conditions for Exchange

The following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • All tags, protective films, and original packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt) is required.
  • Customized or personalized jewellery cannot be exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is present.
  • Items related to hygiene such as earrings cannot be exchanged unless defective.

Our team will guide you through the exchange process, including instructions for packaging and, if applicable, details for return shipment.

Exchange Options

We do not offer cash refunds. In cases of incorrect items, defects, or size issues, you may choose one of the following:

  1. Exchange for another product of equal or lesser value
    – Any difference in price (if lower) will be adjusted.
  2. Exchange for a product of higher value
    – The customer will pay the difference in price.
  3. Exchange for a store credit (gift card)
    – A gift card can be issued for future purchases on
    www.swaydotco.com.

Shipping Costs

  • If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, Sway will cover return shipping costs.
  • For exchanges due to personal preferences, size issues, or any non-defect reasons, the customer must pay both-way delivery charges.

Important Note

Please record a video while opening your parcel.
In case of any missing item or damage, a clear uncut opening video is required as proof.
Without this video, no claim will be accepted.

Final Decision

Sway reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange requests after inspecting the returned item’s condition and verifying compliance with the policy.
